Custom manufacturing
If something is not on the list, it does not mean we cannot make it. Our custom line is not limited to stock models: products whose pattern, fabric and pocket layout are developed for your site go through the same process.
Each product type links to the sub-group it belongs to. The sub-group page sets out the fabric logic, reference standards, the industries it serves and a quote form.
Frequently asked questions
Why are prices not shown on the site?
Price depends on quantity, fabric, branding and delivery schedule. In wholesale and custom production a single list price would not reflect reality, so every enquiry gets its own quote.
Can you make a product that is not in your catalogue?
Yes. That is exactly what our custom production line is for: if you need a different cut, fabric or pocket layout, we develop it from the design stage.
Can you make something that is not in the list?
Usually yes. The list shows the groups most often requested, not the limit of what we produce. Tell us the application, the risk and the quantity and the pattern and fabric are worked out around it.
Can we order clothing and equipment together?
Yes. Workwear, foot protection, hand protection and safety equipment are planned from one brief, so delivery and invoicing run as a single flow.
Which product group should we start with?
The one carrying the highest risk. In most facilities that is foot protection and high visibility, with task-specific layers added afterwards. We can work the list out together.
Do the products come with documentation?
For protective products the relevant declarations and documents are delivered with the order file. Which documents apply depends on the standard the product meets and where it is used.
