Frequently asked questions

• How quickly do you reply?

  Enquiries received on working days are reviewed the same day. If a technical fabric search or a bespoke pattern is involved the reply may take a day or two — and we will tell you so.

• Do you carry out on-site sizing?

  For bulk orders we work with you on size set planning. We map the size distribution against headcount and can send a trial set where needed.

• What information do you need for a quotation?

  Product type, approximate quantity, working environment and any logo application. Those four points are enough for a first price range; fabric and pattern detail follow in the next step.

• How quickly do you respond?

  As soon as the enquiry is received. A standard product is quick; bespoke patterns or special fabric take a little longer depending on fabric supply.

• Are samples chargeable?

  Sample terms are set by the scope of the work and stated clearly in the quotation, so there is no surprise line item later.

• Can we work through WhatsApp?

  Yes. It is a practical channel for sharing images and measurements; quotation and approval steps are also confirmed in writing.
