Work suits and headwear
A work suit is a set where trousers pair with a jacket or shirt in the same fabric and colour. Caps, beanies and hairnets complete that set for both hygiene and corporate appearance.

Producing as a set gives consistency in corporate appearance and reduces the risk of colour mismatch on repeat orders. Producing from the same fabric batch matters for exactly that reason.
In headwear the application decides: hairnets in food production, peaked caps against the sun in the open, beanies in the cold. Where hard hats are worn, compatibility is taken into account.
The real benefit of producing as a set appears on the second order. Bought separately, trousers and jacket may come from two different fabric batches, and the tonal difference is obvious when they sit side by side. Producing from a single batch removes that risk.
In headwear, hygiene and safety are two separate reasons. A hairnet keeps hair out of the product in food manufacturing, a peaked cap shields from sun outdoors, a beanie reduces heat loss in the cold. All three can be produced in the same corporate colour and logo scheme.

Frequently asked questions
Can a cap be worn under a hard hat?
Thin headwear that does not affect the fit of the helmet or the function of its harness can be worn. A thick beanie or a peaked cap may compromise the helmet's protective performance; in that case, hard hat compatible models should be used.
Can parts of the set be replaced separately?
Yes, though production from the original fabric batch may no longer be possible. Since trousers wear out faster than jackets, ordering one extra set of trousers up front is a common and economical solution.
Embroidery or print on caps?
Embroidery is preferred; caps are washed often and print cracks on the curved surface. It is applied to the front panel, sized so the finest line of the logo stays above one millimetre.
Why order as a set?
Because the pieces come from one fabric batch. Bought separately, trousers and jacket may come from two dye lots, and the tonal difference is obvious side by side.
