Hotel staff uniforms
A hotel uniform is a system that brings different departments onto the same corporate line. Reception, housekeeping, technical service and restaurant teams have different needs; what they share is that the guest sees all of them as part of one brand.

Departments are usually separated by colour and accent: the same cut, a different collar colour or a different accessory. That keeps the whole coherent while telling the guest who to ask for what.
Housekeeping calls for durability and wash performance, reception for posture and the way the fabric drapes. Both needs can be met in the same range with different fabrics.
In a hotel, the uniform is a signalling system that lets the guest recognise staff. Reception, housekeeping, technical service and restaurant teams should be distinguishable at a glance; that distinction is built through colour, collar or accessory and applied with the same logic across every department.
The laundry load differs by department. A housekeeping uniform is washed five times a week while a reception suit is washed twice. Using two fabrics within one range lets each department's garment stand up to its own washing rhythm.

Frequently asked questions
How is consistency kept across branches of a chain?
The approved pattern, fabric and colour code are recorded and every branch is produced from that record, so orders placed at different times do not drift in colour or cut.
Do you make seasonal uniforms?
Yes. Summer and winter versions are produced from the same pattern in different fabrics, so comfort follows the season without the look changing.
How are name badges applied?
Magnetic or pin metal badges, woven labels or direct embroidery. In departments with frequent staff turnover the magnetic badge is the most practical, as it does not pierce the fabric.
Why should housekeeping use a different fabric?
It is washed five times a week against twice for a reception suit. Two fabrics within one range let each department stand up to its own laundry rhythm.
How are name badges applied?
Magnetic badges are the most practical where staff turnover is high because they do not pierce the fabric. Woven labels or embroidery are used where the placement is permanent.
