• Does Formasan sell single items?

  For now we work through corporate supply and wholesale custom production. Retail in store and online is coming soon; international shipping is already available.

• How does the ordering process work?

  It starts with a quote request. We analyse needs and hazards, decide on fabric and model, prepare a sample and trial it on site; production and scheduled shipment follow approval.

• Do you do logo printing and embroidery?

  Yes. Logo printing, embroidery, reflective tape, name tags and custom woven labels are applied on the production line. Colour and placement are approved before the run.

• Can we get a sample?

  Yes, sampling before a production run is our standard. The sample is trialled on site, the pattern is revised against feedback and production only starts after your approval.

• How are size sets decided?

  Size distribution is mapped against headcount and role. A trial set can be sent where needed, and bulk orders can be packed together with an issue list.

• What is the lead time?

  It depends on quantity, fabric availability and the extent of branding. The calendar is given in writing with the quote and confirmed once the sample is approved.

• Which standards do you manufacture to?

  Depending on the product group we reference European standards such as EN ISO 20471, EN ISO 11612, EN ISO 11611, EN ISO 20345, EN 388 and EN 397. Hazard assessment decides which one applies.

• Do you ship abroad?

  Yes. Export enquiries follow the same process; packaging, labelling and documentation are arranged to the destination country's requirements.

• Do you have a price list?

  A single list price would not reflect reality in wholesale and custom production. Price is worked out per enquiry against quantity, fabric, branding and delivery schedule.

• Can you produce the same item in later years?

  Yes. The approved pattern, fabric, colour and branding are recorded, so repeat orders are produced to the same specification.
