T-shirts and sweatshirts
Work t-shirts and sweatshirts carry corporate identity across the largest surface. Because they are washed often, the fabric's colour fastness and the print's wash durability matter more than the model.

In knitted fabric, weight decides how a garment hangs and how long it lasts. A low-weight t-shirt loses its shape within a few washes; in bulk orders that difference shows in the first months.
Print or embroidery is chosen by use: wide-format printing is visually strong, while embroidery lasts longer and lifts the corporate impression.
The most common mistake here is deciding from a catalogue photograph rather than a sample. The same colour reads differently in two fabrics, and the same weight drapes differently in two knits. Trialling one sample on site for a week prevents a wrong decision across hundreds of pieces.
The print method is chosen by application. Screen printing is economical over large areas but costly in many colours; digital printing wins on small runs and complex artwork; embroidery lasts longest but cannot carry fine detail. The stroke weight of your logo largely decides the method.

Frequently asked questions
Print or embroidery — which lasts longer?
Embroidery generally lasts longer and has the advantage on frequently washed garments. Print is preferred for large, multi-colour artwork; the two can also be combined on the same garment.
After how many washes does the colour fade?
On quality reactive-dyed fabrics the shift is barely visible even after fifty washes. On cheap pigment-dyed fabrics visible fading starts around the tenth wash, and in a bulk order that difference splits the look of the team in two.
Can we have different colours for different teams?
Yes, it is a common way to separate departments. The pattern and fabric stay the same and only the colour changes, so the distinction is clear without breaking the corporate line.
Which weight should a corporate t-shirt be?
A mid-weight jersey balances drape and durability for daily wear. Very light fabric loses shape within a few washes; very heavy fabric is uncomfortable in heat.
How should printed garments be washed?
Inside out at low temperature, which noticeably extends print life. High-heat drying cracks the print, and this instruction is supplied in writing with bulk orders.
