From enquiry to shipment in four steps
Custom production always follows the same path, and every step waits for your approval before the next one starts.

Needs and hazard analysis
Headcount, site conditions, hazard groups and frequency of use are mapped. This is where the required standard becomes clear.

Design and fabric selection
The model is developed digitally; fabric, colour, pocket layout, reflective tape and labelling are decided together.

Sample and field trial
A sample is produced before the run, tried on site and the pattern revised. Print and embroidery colours are approved separately.

Production and scheduled delivery
Size sets are prepared, final inspection is carried out, packaging is arranged to suit your organisation and shipment follows the agreed calendar.

Does Formasan sell at retail?
For now we work with corporate supply and wholesale custom production, and the process starts with a quote. Retail through our store and online channel is coming soon. International shipping is already available.
How does custom production start?
Fill in the quote form or message us on WhatsApp. We discuss your headcount, the hazards on site and your delivery schedule, work out fabric and model options, and then prepare a sample.
Can you apply our own logo?
Yes. Logo printing, embroidery, reflective tape, name tags and custom labels are applied on the production line. Print and embroidery colours are approved by you before the run starts.
Which product groups do you manufacture?
We manufacture and supply across six main groups: workwear, industry uniforms, technical protective clothing, foot protection, hand protection and safety equipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. The site is published in five languages and export enquiries follow the same path: quote, sample, approval, production and shipment. Packaging and labelling are arranged to the destination country's requirements.
