Personal data processed

When you reach us through the quote form, WhatsApp, phone or email, we process your name, company name, phone number, email address and whatever you include in your message. Technical connection data is also generated through strictly necessary cookies during your visit.

Purposes of processing

Your data is processed to assess your quote request, send product and price information, run sampling and production processes, conduct pre-contractual discussions and the subsequent order relationship, maintain customer communication and meet legal obligations.

Legal grounds

Data is processed on the grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), that it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç) and that it is necessary for the controller's legitimate interests provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (art. 5/2-f); in all other cases it is processed on the basis of your explicit consent.

Transfers

Your data may be transferred, strictly limited to the stated purposes, to the hosting and email infrastructure providers we work with and to legally authorised public authorities. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation; at the end of those periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure or destruction, to request that such actions be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Applications

You may submit your requests, together with information verifying your identity, to the email address on our contact page or in writing to our postal address. Requests are concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest.
