What defines this group is durability and repeatability. Work trousers are worn five days a week, washed often, and take load at the knee and pockets. Fabric weight, seam type and reinforcement points therefore come before the look of the model.
The second factor is corporate identity. Colour code, logo placement, reflective tape and name tags make a crew recognisable on site. That layer is applied on the production line, not added afterwards.

Which fabric should we choose for workwear?
Fabric is chosen against the hazard on site and the wash frequency. For general use, cotton-polyester blends balance durability and comfort; where there is heat or spark risk we move to flame-retardant fabric, and where there is chemical contact to specially coated fabric.
How are size sets decided for bulk orders?
Size distribution is planned against headcount and role. A trial set can be sent if needed, and bulk orders can be packed with an issue list.
Is there a minimum order quantity for wholesale workwear?
The quantity depends on the product and the processes applied. For a standard model from stock fabric the threshold is low; for custom-woven fabric or a bespoke pattern it rises. We set the exact figure together once we have your brief.
Embroidery or print for the logo?
Embroidery lasts longest and looks corporate but cannot carry fine detail. Print carries thin lines and many colours and is economical over large areas. The finest stroke in your logo usually decides it.
Do we have to order without seeing a sample?
No, and we recommend against it. Fabric, pattern and colour are approved on a sample and the crew trials it on site for a week. It is the cheapest insurance on a decision covering hundreds of pieces.
How many washes does workwear survive?
It depends on fabric quality and the wash regime. A garment washed twice a week sees about a hundred washes a year; good fabric holds colour and strength across that, while cheap low-weight fabric thins at the knee before the second year.
